I’ve been in the research stages of a BA for around 2 years now & have been trawling these forums reading & taking in as much as possible – the MYA forum is such a great place to share knowledge & support eachother! Recently, I was perusing local job vacancies when I spotted a vacancy advertised on behalf of MYA in Sheffield (new clinic!) which matched my skills/experience/interests. I went ahead & applied for it whilst trying not to get too excited about the prospect of an exciting new role in a brand new MYA clinic (ps how great will it be for patients in the North?!) – I’ve been looking out for suitable vacancies at MYA for a while now so it came as a nice surprise that a clinic was opening so close to home – I’m in Doncaster!
On the vacancy it states that successful applicants will be contacted when the recruitment process starts & that it is not an immediate start due to the clinic being a new opening.
So my question is, has anyone been through the MYA recruitment process?
What can I expect (if successful) in terms of timescales/interview process?
Does anyone have any extra information which might be helpful to me?
It would be great if anyone could help – I’m just super keen to get involved at this exciting time!
