Nights out after surgery

Hey, wondering when people felt ready to out / drink alcohol after they’d had their surgery.
I’m trying to arrange a bottomless brunch with one friend and a meal / night out with some others and wondering how long to wait.
My surgery is next Saturday, one week today x

Are you having overs or unders? I had 325cc hp overs.
It was my birthday 13 days after my surgery and I went out and drank and was completely fine. My only issue was that I maybe drank too much and woke up laying on my front!! I then went out on day 16 & 17 post op and my boobs were really uncomfortable where the skin was burning and stretching. It was tolerable though and being out with friends was a good distraction. I didn’t really have pain where I felt I couldnt go out and socialize after day 7/8

I went out about 3 weeks post op but took it very easy and wore something tight and that covered the post op bra obviously xx

I went out drinking 3 weeks post op, but I was quite wary of what I was doing!!! Didn’t want anyone to bump into them 😂

@Poppy, I hope all went well with ur surgery yesterday. I had my surgery on the monday and went on a big night out on the Friday that week and then the next weekend too. I am maybe not the best example but hey ho, all was fine 🤣

I am feeling actually so fine after the surgery so I think I should be fine by the weekend too 🤞🏼
Getting the dressings off Friday so can assess then
