Nipple modification – anyone else had this?!?!

I’m booked in for Nov 30th with Dr Fiumara. Going from 32/4A to (hopefully) a D.

She said I have “tubular” boobs which I know already (think 80s Madonna fml). So when I get the implants my nipples will grow. I’m going to have nipple surgery too to make them smaller and rounder. Anyone else had this? What’s it like?

Also, I have nip piercings which I LOVE and don’t want to lose. She said I need to take them out a week before, but I’m terrified they’ll close. What has everyone else done?

I’m in the EXACT same boat. I was told all of this at another clinic but ended up booking with mya and haven’t even met my surgeon yet and I’m hoping he says I don’t need the nipple surgery too. I get to meet him on Thursday so fingers crossed.
They’re other girls I’ve met on here with the exact same thing though if you search tuberous in the bar I’m sure you’ll find them all x

I had size a/b tubular boobs with large nipples. I had dr Fiumara too and she said the same that my nipples would only get larger and she wasn’t happy doing implants without a nipple correction as well and I also had to have an uplift which was a lot for me to take in when she first told me because I was so scared of scars and the procedure. I can now say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and can’t believe how perfect my nipples are haha I wouldn’t of let any other surgeon do this but her! Unforuntetly I don’t have any before pictures although hoping to get mya to send them to me but if you add me and go on my profile you can see what they look like now. Obviously if you’re not having an uplift you won’t have the line/scar going from the nipple to the bottom, just the line around the nipple which at almost 10 weeks is barely visible. Hope this helps 🙂

Hi I’ve recently had a consultation with Dr Fiumara and she has told me I have slight tubular breast and a nipple reduction is an option. Im really scared about what the scaring may look like afterwards. If anyone has any information or pictures that would be a great help as I’m in two minds what to do! xxx

I had my surgery with Dr Fiumara on Thursday! And I had a benelli lift (donut lift/ nipple lift) I was really worried about my scarring too but I knew I wanted Linda to do my boobs and I trust her judgement so went ahead. I haven’t seen my scars yet as they’re all bandaged up but I’ll keep you notified so you know what to expect. I’m in love with my boobs already though! She’s amazing!
