Have any of you lovely ladies had loss of sensitivity in their breasts/nipples since having a BA? I have wanted to get one for a long time, but I’m afraid that I’ll lose sensitivity. Is there a type of implant (over muscle/under muscle) that would lower the risk of pleasure loss?

Is it safe to breastfeed with implants? I’ve not had children, but hope to in the future.

Also, my breasts are “bottom heavy”. They measure at a 32D, but I look flat chested without push up bra. Dresses never fit me in the chest because my breasts are sort of droopy and leave gaps. Should I be looking into round or teardrop shaped implants?

Thank you so much for bearing with me. I’m embarrassed to be asking such personal things.

    Hey,
I had my ba 6 days ago and since day 1 I have still had all feeling in my boobs!
Regarding breast feeding I have been told it will not affect it at all.
And if your breasts are slightly empty at the top id definitely recommend round implants but your surgeon will discuss that with you 🙂 hope this helps xx

Hi , under/partials you shouldn’t loose sensitive, I was so nervous about this! Overs you can loose it, my friend did for 9 months but I think that maybe as it’s right under the nipple.

I had overs and have added sensitivity at the moment I have to be careful because anything like a top or duvet touching them is painful. X

@ellieberry what type of implants did you have? Do the implants leave any significant scarring? I haven’t seen any mention of that. Thank you for your help! I’m going to add photos of my breasts so you can see what I mean by “droopy”… X

I can’t feel mine at all and I’m 3 weeks po. I can feel from my nipple down at the moment. I’ve been told it should come back within a few months. Can take up to a year xx

I had partials two weeks ago and lost the feeling in the bottom half of my boob, it’s coming back now though although skin is so sensitive to touch! If you think about how much the skin stretches though it’s bound to happen x

So, is it likely that I will lose sensation for a time and then regain it after healing?

Does anyone who has seen the photos of my breasts (^^^^^) have suggestions as to whether I should get round or teardrop shaped implants?

Thank you all so much! I deeply appreciate all your help Xx
