Has anyone got any info if your not entirely happy with your results.
I’m just over 6 months post op now and although my boobs are miles better than they were to begin with I’m not 100% happy. I’ve spent a lot of money having a slight reduction and uplift and I don’t feel like I’ve got the results I really wanted.
My nipples now face forward which is 100x better than before but my cleavage without a bra and sometimes even with a bra is still like how it was previously. I feel my boobs are really full at the bottom and I still don’t have any upper fullness.
My boobs are big anyway and even after the reduction they are still big so I don’t know if my cleavage will always just be like this because of the way I am..
Can anyone advise what the process is?

I think you have a right to go back and speak to your surgeon … They can’t refuse to see you at the end of the day you have speak a lot of money getting it done!! People complain over a £50 meal so why shouldn’t you complain … Have you got pictures x

After I read quite a few posts on the forum from people who were not entirely happy with their results, on my first post op check before I even got my bandages taken off I asked the nurse what is the protocol if I don’t like the results, she got so pissed off, she didn’t want to tell me at all, she said your still in bandages and your boobs are going to be constantly changing from now until a year so I’m not in a position to know whether I like the results or not.
On another occasion I went to see the nurse and thought something was wrong but I was just being over dramatic and paranoid, it’s actually quite embarrassing now thinking about it, but I was really insistent that something was wrong and I asked what could be done about it, the nurse replied it’s far to early to say, then I had a stress attack and started ranting and raving that I would like to be prepared as this effects my future and what I can and can’t do because of course I would have to take time out to have another surgery, at this point because she could see I wasn’t backing down she told me to speak about my concerns at my three month post op with the surgeon, but from what I have read other patients have done this and they are told by the surgeon to wait a year and see how they feel at that stage and they go from there but I have also read that some surgeons will just dismiss your emotions and will just be like “what are you talking about they look amazing” so if you are not entirely happy I would say speak to your surgeon and stick to your guns. But besides from implants to give some upper pole fullness I’m not sure if their is anything more they can do, I had an in depth conversation with the the nurse about realistic expectations and to what degree do boobs drop after an uplift and she said every ones skin elasticity is different so some peoples may drop a lot more then others. I would suggest to get three expert opinions to see what more can be done to achieve the results you want, if not for anything to put your mind at rest.

I’ve requested to get my before and after photos which were taken by the surgeon so I can see the difference from before .. (My phone broke that I had all photos on pre op and post op) I’m not necessarily unhappy with my results as they are so much better than what I remember from before, but I tried a bodysuit on the other day and was quite low cut so a bra couldn’t be worn with it and when I saw how my boobs looked in it I just felt the exact same from when I used to try clothes on before the op. They are definitely lifted and my nipples now in a great position but my cleavage still just looks as though my boobs are saggy.. It’s hard to explain..

Hi. I have my op Sunday.

I’m currently a 32f and having uplift no implants and am now nervous after seeing your not happy.

I think I know what u mean when say your not happy. And I worry about that Dame thing but I think it’s the shape of ur breasts?? Do u have an after picture?? I think mine sag horribly and have a vision of how I’m hoping they look just don’t want to be disappointed x

Honestly it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I don’t regret it at all.
But I feel like my cleavage looks no different to how it did before my operation, almost as if my nipples have been lifted and nothing else. I was a 34f to begin with but my boobs are still quite big to say I had a reduction and a lift. I’m going to see my surgeon on Wednesday to see what he thinks and I’m also going to get my before and after pictures.
Honestly don’t worry about it, they will look great afterwards!! Some days I absolutely love mine, but the fact I still can’t wear something low cut has made me quite unhappy with the results. I will get a picture over the weekend so you guys can see what I mean xx

I think you look good naked, if the only issue is that they look deflated when you wear a low cut dress with out a bra you should let it go. Generally the only girls that can get away without wearing a bra are those with not a lot there or girls with not a lot there and then have gone on to have implants.
I had boobs before and had an uplift with small implants put in, and I asked the nurse will I be able to wear a dress with out a bra and she replied “I don’t know”, it’s just one of those things I was going to go out and buy loads of low cut clothes and now I have decided against it. I’ll try to upload a pic of how they look now in a low cut outfit post five weeks, but I think another problem is we get attached to how they look just after the operation when they are swollen and look really full when in reality once they are healed they are going to look completely different and I might just be one of many girls that’s always has to wear a bra.

The only picture I have is what I’ve attached below.. i dropped my phone down the toilet like a month after the op so I lost every picture I had. I’m gutted.
I’m seeing my surgeon tomorrow anyway, my nurse saw my concerns on here so I spoke to her and she said I can always see him and see what he says. Don’t get me wrong I am 100% happier with how they are now compared to before, but I think my cleavage just looks as it did before…

Kay do you have implants as well then? What size were you before if you don’t mind me asking? I also had a reduction with my uplift but I don’t know if they have been reduced enough.. I’m just confused at the min xx

I was a 28E before which sounds enormous but because my back size was so small my cup size didn’t look big. I work with a lot of guys and I asked their opinion of my boobs before my op and they all said I look small. I did have implants which are 250cc which are considered to be small, now I’m probably the same size as I was to begin with as a lift is suppose to bring you down 1 to 2 sizes and the implants I had put in should take me up one and a half cup sizes.
But now after looking at your before pics, it doesn’t look like a tremendous change has occurred, I think your surgeon could work abit more magic.
I think just speak to your surgeon tomorrow, and voice what you are feeling, in a manner where he would feel empathy for you but more importantly talk science. Now your surgeon has worked on you he has a better idea on what results he can achieve I.e the elasticity of your breasts.
I automatically assumed that the smaller your breasts were the less chance there was of them becoming saggy bit there is a girl on here that is a size a/b who has been refused implants because of her skin condition. Science is so complicated!!!! I think the most important question is what will give you your most desired result, more of a reduction? Implants or a reduction then implants.
But you must remember that no naturel boobs are naturelly full at the top, I think even if you had another reduction they wouldn’t necessarily be any fuller but would be shorter giving the illusion that they are fuller

I think I need you to come see my surgeon with me haha you know what your talking about! I just get all confused..
I just don’t want to get there later on and him say he doesn’t think there’s a problem or if there’s nothing he can do for me, cause I definitely can’t afford to go somewhere else and pay for the whole thing re-doing! I know for definite that there isn’t a massive change and now I’ve noticed it more and kept looking at my before picture it’s just making me notice how much I dislike my cleavage area!
If I lift my arms over my head, that’s how I want my boobs to sit and that’s what I advised originally, it’s hard cause you never know how they are going to turn out and the surgeon doesn’t know it either. I just hope he has some idea of what he can do x
