Nottingham! Annoyed

Hey girls! abit annoyed that today I was ment to be meeting mr kazazzi and didn’t because the Nottingham clinic decided to cancel my appointment! They rung me up at half past 2 today to rearrange with me, when my appointment was at half past 6 in Nottingham! I was really looking forward to meeting mr kazazzi but now have to wait another two weeks until I see him :-/.. The lady was a bit snotty on the phone too which I wasn’t happy about, Iv never met her before nor spoke to her so not sure who it is.. Feeling abit disappointed at the min hope two weeks hurry up won’t to get the ball rolling.. Xx

Just to let everyone no Nottingham is a good hour and a half away from me and I also took time off work to attended this appointment! X

Bet that was so frustrating! I’m 4 weeks po and I’m at the Nottingham clinic too, I’ve never had any problems! Hope you don’t have any more! Xxx

I’ve had a few problems with the Nottingham clinic, but to be fair they are short staffed at the min & any problems I have had have been resolved! Mr Kazzazi is defo worth the wait!:) xxxx

Yes was very frustrating @Jess Pixie just hope it doesn’t happen again! and yeah I’ll deffo wait because I’m really wonting to meet mr kazzazi I no he’s done some brilliant work and yours look amazing @Laurenabbie bet your so chuffed! Xx

I went to Nottingham and hated it is I transferred my care to Leeds so much better xx

I am at Nottingham and have been really unhappy with the service from my patient co ordinater.
It’s worth sticking out though because at the end of the day it’s the surgeon that matters not the staff that work at the clinic x

Ok girls I’ll take this in mind thank you.. Everywhere else just seems a lot more travel plus I don’t drive I’m getting lifts off my boyfriend xx

I’m at Nottingham and had a great experience… So sorry to hear its not been good for u but like the other ladies said its about the surgeon not the clinic so stick it out if u can. Maybe drop them another email to make them aware of your concerns xxx

Yeah I will do thank you girl! I spoke to Wanda on the phone today as I had my first consultation with her, as Kimberley wasn’t there and I said I was really disappointed i have to admit she couldn’t apologise enough and said she will make sure my appointment for next time doesn’t get canceled and she’ll make sure of this, which is obviously good to here xx

I had loads of problems with Nottingham to the point were I was asking for my money back. I rang them 11 times on my house phone and no answer and I rang straight back with 141 in front and they answered straight away!! I moved to leeds and they are brill there! Xxx

And another thing if you want mr kazzazi at Nottingham my op was booked in London but with Leeds to get the option of London or doncaster for your op 🙂 hope you get sorted soon xx
