On the edge of uplift. HELP!

Hey everyone,

I’m booked for surgery at the end of the month and I’m looking for some advice. After seeing my surgeon he said I don’t quite need an uplift but I’m on the edge and I just wondered if anyone else was told this and went ahead with just implants?

I’m currently a 32c size 8-10
