One breast more swollen 9DPO

My left breast before surgery was the slightly bigger one before and now it is noticeably bigger after the op. I can’t tell if it’s swelling or wether it’s going to stay how it is?? I just hope it’s swelling that will go down. How long before swelling will begin to go down?
