Op on Monday – advise on post op bras and size? 430cc?

Hi guys

My op is Monday and I’m going shopping tomorrow for my post op bras (last minute I know)

I having 430cc UHP, I’m a 34b now so is there anyone who has gone a similar size know what size Bra to buy??

I have one from Asda in an E.. I know a lot of people have recommended M&S for the high impact sports bra too – any other makes you would recommend?

Any advice is appreciated xx

If you call up your nurse, you might get a more accurate guess…? I think most ladies get the Macome bra, so I’m not too sure how many responses you will get.

Hopefully someone will reply after me that could help you.

I’m a 34b (flat) I’m also having 400cc overs, my op isn’t until December but I’ve not bought any post op bras either. I’ve only heard goo things about those two bras

Hi guys I have got a 36E sports bra from Asda, then have got two post op bras from M&S .. one size 36 F and one 36 DD because I just don’t know what size I’ll be lol! My surgery is in 3 days so I will make a thread and let everyone know how it goes xx

I was a 34B.. I had 400 UHP unders.. I got 34DD M&S one.. then I got a 34E Asda one.. I used the Asda one when they were swollen but the 34DD one fitted really well :-)… my surgeon told me what size to get..

I had the m&s high impact and really recommend them. I went up a back size and up 3 cup sizes for as recommended by my surgeon for implants over 300cc. As you’re over 400cc you may need 4 cup sizes?

I’d recommend buying a couple sizes as close to surgery as possible. Your surgeon will fit the best one and you can return the one that’s too big / small ?

I had the same 430 UHP I bought 34D m&s bra as my surgeon said buy smaller as holds u and compacts more after surgery then after one week I bought another in a DD both fit really well m&s ones so comfy! Hope that helps x

You will be taking 3 different bra sizes with you, which is great!
The surgeon (or nurses?!) will choose the size and put it on you whilst you’re still asleep 🙂 xx
