Opinions please, think I may be bottoming out

Hi everyone so I have just hit 4 months post op , I had 300cc teardrop moderate plus. My nipples are still at different heights, do u think the higher up nipple is bottoming out?

I think one has dropped into places and the other just needs to catch up defo doesn’t look like it’s bottomed out x
