    Hey girlies.

I have a consultation booked with Dr Kazazzi on 23rd June….and just wondered whether you think it is best to have overs or unders. Im size 8, 32B wanting to go DD.
I’ve read that if you have overs…they’ll sag quicker, but i have it in my head that if i get them under the muscle they’re going to feel a lot harder and not move about anywhere..and i want them to feel well a bit squidgy at least haha.

    Opinions would be much appreciated.

    Hi there,
I think it has a lot to do with your actually breast and how much tissue you have. Your surgeon will make the best decision for you and you size shape ect. There are many pros and cons for having them both ways. I jumped on the internet and read up about it..so maybe do the same. I think ultimately you can aks you surgeon to do either or, but they are the experts!
    Good Luck

    hey

i was comvinved i wanted them under because i ready everywhere that unders look more natural nut like kristie said it all depends on what u already have, I have Dr Adamo and when he looked at me he said he will be happy to do either but as i have already got quite a bit of breast tissue he would prfer to do them overs…Going under also looses a bit of your size…i think u should wait and see your surgeon coz u will drive youself crazy reading all these diff things, i no i did xxx

I think we should trust the surgeon as they know what they’re doing.
Also I think you can read different opinions cos the girl that had them under will tell you it’s better to have unders, the other that had them over will tell you it’s better to go over. It just seems to make them feeling more comfortable with the way the had them done;) If the unders were really better all surgeons would go under, don’t you think so? Why should they give you something that’s worse? To them there’s no difference – they do both of them anyway. It really depends on what you have!

ha ha thats what i thought too!iv got so much too think about i just cnt bring myself to book it. i think with the whole sagging situation my surgeon said it wont make a difference when they gotta drop they gotta drop whether there over or under so i think it just depends on what look u want or what u have in the first place. x x

    Hiya,
having overs being a 32b you will be fine!! A few of my friends have had over but were a big bust to start with D or E. ….they sagged a few years after and have had to have them re-done!! I think having overs having a B small or even if you were a small c …you will be fine !!the weight of the implant and a having a natural large bust to start (d/E) does make them sag eventually!!! Hope this helps emmaxx

the weight of silicone is less than real breast tissue… if this helps. so it wont sag as much as if they were that size and natural.
