I am now 18 DPO and I just wondered if any of you have suffered from majorly painful nipples!? Both are really hurting to the point where it makes me cringe not having my sports bra on, but my left seems to be worse. Can anyone tell me how long this tends to last for and if there is anything I can do to relieve it! It’s driving my insane they’re hurting so much xx
Hi, mine was the same really sensitive and painful around week 3 po, it calm down a lot now I’m 5 weeks but I heard the sensations of sensitives or numb might return, some people used numbing cream but I don’t know if that work as I haven’t use it, I used nipples cover patches sometimes so won’t rubbing in to fabric and feeling ok, xx
