PETITE GIRLS – How many CC’s? (Similar stats: 5ft 3, 43kg, uk 6-8)

Hi Lovely ladies,

I’m desperate to book in my op, but so unsure about the sizing quoted for me. I’m around 42kg and despite my petite size I have a medium 32 B cup.

However despite being told I have a lot of tissue, my surgeon only suggested between 175-225CC for me. I want a natural result but I’m afraid that this will be too small and a waste of money.

Have any of you girls got implants on the smaller side?
If you are similar stats what CC did you end up getting?

I am around the same stats however I was a 32aa. I had 275ccs and I am glad I listened to the surgeon and myself. I wanted bigger but I know it would have never suited my frame. I am now measuring a 32d havent been measured properly yet but tried on a bra the other day and this fitted me. Please just listen to your instinct when your trying on the sizing. If you feel that you could go for a bigger size then maybe look at seeing another surgeon? No harm in asking around.

i have different stats but one of my friends had the same stats as you, petite and slim a 34B before and was offered a max of 325. She went with 275 and 300, now measures a 34D cup. However, I would suggest seeing another surgeon, just to get a second opinion as well just for reassurance especially if you want bigger. Generally bigger boobs look less natural on petite girls; one of my friends got massive ones done in Brazil as they would not do as big as she wanted in the UK, and now she complains of not being able to find clothing to fit to her, as she was a petite 6 before. Hers look very fake as she’s an E cup on a size 6 body.

I’m similar to you but I was a 32a/b very flat. I had 375cc nearly 6 weeks ago and I’m so happy with them xx

Hey I’m similar stats to you I’m 5’3 petite size 6-8 however I’m about 55kg. I’m 32/34B and my safe side is 275cc, however managed to persuade my surgeon 350cc as I don’t want to end up having boob greed. Also, everyone’s perception on ‘natural looking’ is different.. 350cc may not look natural from a surgeons point of view but for me it is. I may even push to 375cc, I’m seeing him today. I’ve always been told to go biggest you can, not because it’ll end up huge but because your expectations will be met. I’m not with MYA btw xx and good luck

I’m 7stone7 and 5foot , I got 365cc then changed them and got 450s Cos the other ones just looked too small on my body xx

Thats is such a good point, I suppose the idea of natural is different to everyone especially surgeons. I found my Surgeon Via MYA but she now operates elsewhere.
But yeah I’m definitely worried about getting boob greed too lol

Monica I got 375cc Ultra high HP partial unders, my stats are slightly different to yours (5’7″, 54 kg, size 6-8) and they are a good size, not too big not too small but look natural on a slim frame, I was a 32AA before. I’m only 15 days post op so it’s hard to know the final results as my muscles are a bit tight and they haven’t dropped and fluffed yet. I would say definitely push for 375cc if you can. The only thing is a lot of my size 8 dresses and body cons fit anymore due to the boobs bar a few, but my tops are fine. The size 6 stuff all got donated 🙂

I’m really similar stats to you I’m 5ft 47kg and currently about a 32C. I’ve been offered 225cc high profile implants and I’m worried they will be too small! I want to look a D cup but still as natural as possible with my small frame.

I was just wondering if you managed to decide on a size and go ahead with the op? It’s literally such a hard decision xx

Hi my stats are slightly different, I’m 5ft 4, 57kg and a size 8, I had 300cc over the muscle high profile on Saturday, they feel big! we chose 350 but whilst in surgery he changed to 300 as the 350 looked far too big for my body and very ‘stuck on’ super pleased so far x

I’m 5 ft 2 and weigh 7 stone 10. I’m size 4 in bottoms and was around 8 in tops. I was a 32 B filled the cup. I had surgery on Thursday planned to have 250 cc. I was worried about this as I thought this would be to small but I wanted natural looking boobs as my frame is so small big boobies would look stupid on me. My left boob was smaller than my right boob however on surgery day he put 270cc in my left boob and 240cc in my right under muscle . I am now 5 days post op and I am still very swollen. I just can’t wait for everything to settle and for me to see the end result. I would trust your surgeon in what he/she suggests as they do know what’s best x

I had 375in the right and 400in the left, I’m 5”2 size 8 this pic was at 19days post op x

Hi im 9dpo I was round about a 30-32a 5ft 47kg around a size 6-8. I’ve had 375cc partials high profile. I’m very early so they’re still dropping and fluffing. I will try and attach a before and after photo xxx

Thanks so much for all your replies it’s literally so helpful to get an idea of what sizes you went for it’s definitely hard to decide when your small I’m scared to look out of proportion! Your boobs all look absolutely amazing so soon after op aswell ?

Making me so exited I think I will go with what my surgeon suggests and maybe ask if I can get just a tiny bit bigger like the 250cc just Incase xxx

Hey! I’m a size 4/6 and I’ve just got 200cc put in and I was around a 32a/b before! And I would say a small implant goes a long way, listen to your surgeon as they really do know best! I think on a small persons body there a fine line of going that too big and you do want them to look natural! Xxx

Hi there,

I weighed 49kg on the day of my op, and I was only allowed to have 175cc implant put in, I was a 32a and now a 32c/30d and I am really happy with mine, they’re not out of proportion to the rest of my body!
Small implants go a very long way!

I’m now over a year post op, and they’ve got a little bigger from drop and fluff process but also because I’ve put a bit of weight on since surgery, I go to the gym a lot and now weighing in at 55/56kg so they’ve put on a bit of weight, they feel so natural and just look great! They look really natural too, so id highly recommend listening to your surgeon.

If you go to big for what your body can handle to, you end up facing complications, such as stretch marks, capsular contractor, ruptures, infections, just horrid stuff like that, rippling would be a major one you’d face if your implants to big for your body. Hope this helps 🙂

I’m petite, 32AA, 110 lbs, considering 175 cc. I want a natural look. Does anyone have similar stats that went with 175cc?

A friend of mine was 41-43kg and was a completely flatAA cup. She got 240cc and now measures a full 34C/ 32D. Small implants will go a long long way on a petite frame xx

Honestly Don’t be worried about the 300 being too small. I’m 4 days post op now and I have 300 under muscle HP

I did so much research before hand and I’ve heard once they “drop and fluff”’they also tend to look bigger as your muscle starts to relax when it accepts the implant.

I was 32a barely, 5ft 5 and 56kg (size6/8)

I was originally having mrs lutz 225cc but had to change to mr Giannas last minute as my first surgery got cancelled. He then suggested 300cc and I’m so so glad. I didn’t have much there at all so I couldn’t have fitted anything bigger in.

I’m 5”5 I’ve been offered 400 HP unders 🤒 I’m about 8/9 stone, curvy at the bottom. Unsure if they’ll be too big, worried if I go smaller I’ll regret it 😩😩😩
