Please could ladys help and advice me what to do, I’m 6 weeks post op, and given the all clear to wear normal bras. I got measured last week and was told I was a 36 dd. I grabed two bras from asda yesterday. 36 dd. tryed them on last night, the cups fit me fine, but the matirial between your bust didn’t sit on my chest bone, were was a gap were I could get two fingers between the bra and my chest bone. Has anyone experienced this? What’s the best thing to do? I know I’m defo a 36 back as I measure a 35 but get 36 for cumphy xx

When I got measured I had this and they said if there’s a gap u have to go down a back size.. Maybe try a 34?!
But the girl did say to me not everybody’s bras will sit flat on their chest. So maybe urs just won’t. Otherwise I have no idea 🙂 haha xx

Hahaha thanks for the advice Beccy, I’ll be gutted if they don’t sit right on my chest, as will look wiered and not show the shape off lol. Maybe I could just try and diff type or shape, as these were just t shirt bras. Is there anywhere that sells bras just for implant lady’s? Xx

My sister mentioned this to me. She had hers done about 4 months ago. She was measured in La Senza and they just said that apparently that can happen with implants. Xx

Maybe they need to settle a bit? But I would suggest to go and try on more expensive ones as well, try M&S or Calvin Klein etc. you don’t have to buy, but it will give an indication if it’s All bras or just certain brands. Let’s face it, no one charges for bra fitting;)

I was told at Debenhams that the bras will never sit flat to the chest due to the implants pushing it back out whereas natural boobs are more squiggy. It’s so annoying as I am also having the same problem xx

Oh thanks Sarah glad I’m not alone. Our town centre is very small and only small amount of shops, we have a m and s but it’s that small not sure they do measures there. My next town with decent shops is 20 mins away. Defo going to get a proper bra and see how they sit on me. Xx
