Hey everyone! So I’m very new to this.. but basically I was due to have my surgery yesterday with dr mounir and up until the last minute I was very undecisive on whether to go over the muscle or under. I’m close to a 32B at the minute and I want to be a full C! I really really want the implants to look natural, it’s a really big thing for me, I’d still like to look as though I’ve got smallish boobs, I feel like the fake look just wouldn’t suit me! And that’s what I’m scared is going to happen! Dr mounir has recommended 275cc over the muscle, I’ve agreed with the implant size As I was originally going with 250cc but he told me I’d wish to of gone bigger, but really worried about the muscle situation, He told me under the muscle would be more natural but give me a bigger gap which can look fake and then over the muscle will give me a cleveage and look less gappy but can look more round, where as I’d say more false? So the surgery didn’t actually happen yesterday as he felt I wasn’t ready with my decision and I needed more time. I’m just finding it really hard to decide. I’m a worrier anyway in general and I just want the best result. I know i should trust my surgeon but then part of me is telling me to go under as I feel I’d prefer it but I don’t want to go against my surgeon when he’ll prob know best. No one I know has had overs and the internet is telling me all sorts!! Please can anyone help or give me a little advice! Would be very appreciated! Thanks x
