Hello!! So I’ve changed the type of bra I was wearing as to be honest I was wearing a normal sports bra and wasn’t offering any support that I could feel don’t want them dropping too much and looking silly so I got a zip at front one and it feel much more like it’s holding them which is nice!
Does anyone have any idea if I’m supposed to push them together to put them in a bra I’m 13 days post op and have just been putting a bra on not positioning them not moving them at all just scared incase I’m doing something wrong because I it looks like the gap is getting larger by the day (I may be just getting paranoid) can anyone tell me how they’re putting their bra on and positioning things?
Any help would be really helpful soooo worried 🙁 xx
