Post Op Bra Size?

Hi! I’m having an uplift and 250CC implant on 23rd October (next week AHH! )

I am going to get measured and get a bra from M&S, does anyone know how many sizes I need to go up? My PC isn’t answering any of my messages 🙁

I had an uplift and 250cc implant 3 weeks ago.
I was wearing a 36c and I’m wearing
M & S 36D.
I heard to go up a back size and down a cup size in them but I had already purchased mine.
My recovery has been pretty pain free .. I’ve been lucky.

Try asda ones. They go off your waist size not of your chest. I have a couple of them in S and a macom bra in S and also a m&s in 32dd. The m&s didnt fit me for first weeks but fits me now perfectly because of the swelling.

I had an uplift with 250cc on the 25th sep and i reckon im 32dd but i was a saggy 32dd/e before xx
