Post op bra sizing???

Hi girls, surgery is in just over a month so I’m being organised and sorting my post op bras. I’ve just got myself measured at 34A and I’m having 400cc hp Under’s and hoping to be a D.

The M and S bra has been recommended, what size should I get?? Tia x

Hi Tia, I’ve just had 400cc under muscle and was a 34a/small h before and I’m in a MYA large bra that’s a perfect fit. Can you try on diff sizes at clinic with implants over top ? That’s what I did x

How long ago did you have your op? That’s actually a really good idea for trying sizing!

@Rosey I was advised to go up two cup sizes and one back size. I was 32b-ish pre op and had 375 UHP unders. I bought two different sizes from M&S (34DD and 34E), The 34DD fit perfectly! I exchanged the 34E for a 34d 3weeks po as the DD wasn’t tight enough for me. I also bought two Yianna post op bras in Small (generous sizes) off amazon for £14 each.
