    Hey girlies.
I have got a post op bra from M&S and I’m worried it’s going to be too tight. My surgeon told me to get 32D but I tried it on and it was soooo tight so I got 34D do you think this will be ok or shall I get another size?

    Xx

I would recommend not using the m&s bra as I got told to do the same thing as you did and it caused me serious problems. I’m now 1 week post op and I’ve started to wear the Macom bras which is helping me a lot better xx

I bought 34DD sports bra from m&s! I’m a 34A (haven’t had my op yet) and it’s soo tight!! I’m hoping for DD and have no idea how they’ll fit in there!

I had a 34DD (the surgeon recommend the size)… I also brought a Asda 32E… I used this for a week or so when they were swollen.. They change size so don’t be worried if it’s tight… xx

I know they’re expensive but I really would recommend the macom over the M&S because they fit you at all times. They fit straight after surgery when you’re very swollen, a couple weeks after when most of the swelling has gone down, and then still keeps fitting you even after that. The expandable cups really are amazing lol I don’t know how it works but its saved me a lot of hassle from trying to guess my new cup size xx

I had my OP yesterday ladies and the M&S bra has worked perfectly fine. My surgeon said it’s a good size and the bra is fine! Just in case you want to get m&Zara bras too xxx
