Post Op questions

Hello everyone, I had my 1 week post op yesterday with the nurse and got my strapping and everything off and was told I could shower straight away but no products. Any tips on how I’m suppose to get all the sticky stuff off from what the strapping has left, I managed to get most of it off with a flannel but still quite a bit left and on my back aswell which is a bit harder to get off, my mum couldn’t even get it all off!

Took me about 3 showers scrubbing to get it off I was told I could use sanex zero shower gel just not near my incisions x

Oh god my skin is already so sore haha! Okay thank you I will go get some of that!! X

Something oily might get it off? But be careful near incisions!

I was told to use the 0% Sanex too, which will last me all the way through.

How are the boobies?! x

I’m a big fan of peeling the little bits off when i’m sat around feeling sore, it makes it easier to get the rest off in the shower or with a flannel if you remove the parts you can pick off with your nails when you’re bored 😛
