I’ve been using Yianna bras, very similar to Macom but much much cheaper. You can get them from a amazon x

I went for a 34DD in the M&S bra (im a 34B now having 360cc) and a size small in the asda ones which was an 8/10 xxx

I had a macom and an M&S sports bra that zips up the front but I did find the M&S one come up quite small

Have they supported you well Charlotte? I’ve been so relaxed throughout the entire process by I’m getting close to surgery day and need to order some bras and going into melt down… what if they don’t support properly and the implants fall out etc etc silly things!

I’ve found the macoms to be uncomfortable post opp the material irritates mainly when the sensation starts to come back. Think try an asda one but defo wish I had of got others aswell as macom but again worried about what sizes to get :/

I bought a triumph sports bra from amazon that a surgeon I visited recommended. It’s comfortable but it does do up at the back so may not be suitable if you don’t have good arm movement.
