Post surgery ladies!

When could you have a nice soak in a bath?

When did you start to sleep on your side aswell x

Think it is six weeks before you can do both of them x

I’m 6months on and still find it uncomfortable to sleep on my side! My nurse told me to avoid it as much as possible incase it upset the implant placement and I can see why! There’d be a few mornings where they’d ache for a while, even now some times it doesn’t feel right! Xx

You can soak in the bath once your scars are fully closed no scabs on them, u can get them wet once the stitches are dissolved or are out but mustn’t soak in the bath or going in swimming pools, I’m not sure about side sleeping I still don’t really I can lay sort of on my back n side n for a bit on my side I’m 9wks post op I don’t sleep all night on my side I’m too scared I’ll ruin them lol xx

6 weeks for both Hun although I tend to sleep on my back more now and I’m nearly 4 months post op xxx
