Hey! I had my surgery yesterday 🙂 I was first on list to go so didn’t wait too long arrived for 7am and 8:30 I was ready to go. Some favourite light healthy snacks for after u wake up, sparking water if u feeling sick as that normal, also banana help settle stomach. Had belvita biscuits with me what was easy light to eat with my chamomile tea (brought my tea bag). However they offer u choice of toast with jams n butter n tea. I was recovering really well, but needed help of my bf to go to toilet or push me up to sit up. Easy zip up or button top, nothing to heavy as I realised my winter coat felt too heavy on me after leaving hospital. Nurses was amazing, very attentive. And my bf was able to sit the whole time on armchair next to my bed holding my hand 🙂 Got all my medicine to take with me home n was able to leave same day after my surgeon saw me. Wish u luck n easy recovery!

Hi Laura, 1 week and 6 days! Cant just be me counting down the days? Haha
A few people recommended the M&S bras but I just didn’t know what size I was going to be so iv gone for the Macom bra as it moulds to your boobs apparently!
    Good luck 🙂 xx

Happy to help @annadaniel ???? yes bfs can be very happy to help with fun stuff aren’t they lol but I can say mine was an angel helping to to sit up/ get off the bed as first days I wasn’t able to do it on my own. Btw I tried few different post op bras n can say the m&s black with pink lining is the best! Such a support n comfort, just go size up on back! For cups I bought my approximately expected size what was predicted DD was 32B so got post bra 34DD fits perfect (tight supportive of course as it should to help blood circulation n faster recovery). I do have MYA bras too in M n they so soft n comfortable just not supporting.. I guess they be rather as following bras after few weeks not as straight post op .
I am 8days post op n feeling great ???? enjoying my new boobs can stop checking them out ???? exciting watching their progress day to day
