Hi Amanda, My surgeon actually advised the softer bras such as recova to wear post surgery, so if your surgeon recommends that then id go ahead, they are so comfy! I alternated between my recova and my asda post op bras xx

I have the m&s one, mya ones and a recova.
I’ve been wearing the m&s one first few days as it really keeps me compressed but the mya and recova dont. That’s why I wasn’t sure if it would be ok or not.
Did your boobs heal well with the recova xx
