@natalie1982 it’s been nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. Day 2 & 3 were probably the worst for me. But I took a lot of pain killers & slept most of the day. Im now 5DPO and things have gotten easier, I’m still taking a few pain killers throughout the day, but I can do a lot more for myself now and keeping myself mobile xx

Are you having overs or unders? I had overs and I’ve been fine pretty much, nowhere near as bad as I imagined x

I had 350 mod plus partials – I got muscle cramp which apparently only 30% of people get, the pain was like nothing you can imagine I actually thought I was going to die. When that stopped I was sick for 12 hours from the anesthetic… so couldn’t take any pain relief. Day 2 paracetamols and ibuprofen wishing I’d never had done day 3 back to work ( god knows how) I had the following week off.. from day five each day I felt better than the day before.. now 6 months on so glad I went through with it, my only regret is I didn’t do it sooner . I had boob greed at first mainly I think because of the pain I thought I might as well of gone bigger lol. But I’m 34DD:E and all my clothes size 8 still fit any bigger and they wouldn’t have. They are perfect for my body size so I’m
???? happy.. so defo worth the pain x

I had unders and feel absolutely fine, 1 week post op! I’m driving now too, hated not driving!

I’m 5dpo with unders and it hasn’t been fun but today I’m more uncomfortable than in pain. Mostly the dressings have annoyed me and made me itch like crazy. As long as you take the pain killers the pain is manageable. (I also have 4 kids, 2 of which are 6 month old twins) so I haven’t been able to rest as much as some people and have still been ok. Try not too worry too much xxx

I had my op yesterday, I haven’t had to take painkillers at all, strapping is just tight and can’t move around that much. Slightly achy and itchy but I have the ice packs on and things are way better than I thought xx

Hey! I had unders and I felt hardly any pain really. I’ve found recovery fine really, i was worried i would be bed-ridden and in agony as i seen other people say they were like that but i was surprised by how little pain i had!! Day 1 i was walking about- the only pain was from the strapping but that was more uncomfortable as it was so tight! And when i got it taken off the nurse herself said she could not believe how tight my strapping was. xxxx
