    Hello,
I have booked a hotel about 15 minutes away from the hospital but I’m only staying over the one night. I’ve had anaesthetic before and woke up completely fine, not poorly in the slightest and hungry believe it or not! The nurse even said she was surprised at how good I felt after the anaesthetic… so I am assuming I’ll wake up fine with the anaesthetic (just pain like most girls are experiencing)

However, the day after my operation my boyfriend will be driving us home. The car journey will be 2hrs 30mins minimum… a few people have said the car journeys cause them more pain?

Will I be ok in the car for that long? Another stupid question but… where do I place the seatbelt ? I’m guessing I won’t want the seatbelt across my chest ???????? xx
