Reduction, Uplift and Implants – tubular breasts HELP PLEASE!!

Hi girls x
I have a surgery date in November for reduction, uplift and implants, I have tubular/sagging breasts and currently wear a size 32C, (surgeon measured me a 32D)
I really want them natural and not big at all, I only wanted an uplift but he said it wouldn’t look right at the top without an implant…he has suggested a high profile 270/300 implant but really scared they will look too big,

Has anyone had anything similar? Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hi what did you end up deciding? This is the procedure I want but have only been offered the uplift! Who is your surgeon?
