Removal and uplift with replacement inplants

Hi girls,

Has anyone had removal and an uplift with new implants. I had 380cc overs 8 years ago but now been told I need an uplift not just replacement implants, gutted. Prob want to stay around same size or reduce slightly. I would upload a current photo but keeps saying to big and not sure how to make smaller

Hi I had the exact same procedure in August last year. Was so worried about the scars but I needn’t have been concerned as they are hardly noticeable! Good luck xx

I’m having removal of implants placed 10 years ago (stared as a 34B, had 300cc overs). I’m having replacement, going smaller to 250cc and under the muscle, with a mini uplift. The uplift will be the key to the result I want I understand. I’m going smaller as 300cc is too big for my 10/12 frame. Clothes fit awkwardly and quite honestly they are a pain. Just too big. So going smaller, under muscle and with a little lift. I can’t wait!!!! I’m currently a D/DD depending on where I bra shop. Want to go to a C cup at the most. Without the uplift I don’t think I will achieve the “back to the beginning result” I’m after. I hope that helps as in a similar situation.

You are similar to me. Now I have been told I need an uplift I’m going to take the opportunity to go smaller. I’m 380cc overs now 34DD and want to go down to a D. I feel like I want around 320 under muscle this time but waiting to see Mr Traynor early may x

I saw Ms Lutz last week but decided I don’t want to go for her. She wanted to take the implants out and leave them out for 6mths !!!!!! I nearly died at the thought! She also insisted I had the same size or bigger. Like you, as I’m having a re-aug I want to go a bit smaller as they hopefully will be in there a lot longer this time. I am totally accepting that it means I’ll prob need an uplift, she was so reluctant though. I also am currently in front of the muscle but would like to go behind, with smaller implants…she said it’s not an option. If you’ve had them in front of the muscle you have to stay in front?! None of it made sense to me. It was so easy and straight forward when I had mine done 10years ago, this time is harder. I’m currently at 300cc overs, but would like 250cc unders. The surgeon herself didn’t have implants so I don’t know why she was insisting bigger was what I should do!x

I am booked in for an appt with a surgeon next week. I had a breast augmentation (410cc, under) and want to be a lot smaller and also have an uplift (I believe I should have had an uplift in the first place and was given larger implants to fill them).

Have you had your surgery yet? If so, how did it go? How are your scars? Who was your surgeon?
