My breasts have changed so much, one very much resembles capsular contracture, the shape is strange and they’ve dropped so much… I did keep asking for smaller and he kept advising against it, this is the smallest he suggested yet look at them?
I’m so unhappy.. I’ve been in contact with revision team for over a month and not getting anywhere just keep waiting for responses and getting told different things 🙁

First pic is about 3 months post op and second is 3 years later… I have been expressing issues this whole time but they got substantially worse last year that I decided I need revision.

    Anyone had a similar experience?

I’m 6yrs post surgery and it looks like the same thing has happened to me. I was quite happy with mine, although always felt slightly too large, but now they’re sagging so much. Especially the right. Nipple is pointing downwards and I can’t bear not to wear at least a sports bra as they’re just resting on my torso!

I have the same issue, I had surgery almost 4 years ago, I went back a few times but my surgeon dr Frati doesn’t work here anymore. They have confirmed capsular contracture but will not operate until further along so I am pretty much stuck with them!

My surgeon was Frati… thing is he did my mums 12 years ago and hers are incredible so I know he half a**ed this.. even in the initial appointment he was so disinterested and I asked to go smaller and he was so difficult about it.

I’ve been enquiring about the problem for a year and a half and got nowhere. Keep being told I have to go and get a scan somewhere else myself but my GP won’t do it and I’m not paying privately when it’s their fault I’m in this position. Really unhappy

Did you have your implants under or over the muscle? I didn’t know this could happen!

Mine were partial, so not fully over or under I think? I was honestly quite confused Dr Frati was very difficult to speak to :/

Hi Hannah. When did you notice this? Did you get smooth or textured? Did they give you antibiotics out of curiosity? Did you wear a sports bra to sleep in for the first year / did you go braless much? Any children after surgery? I’m so sorry you’re going through this, must be very stressful for you 😔. I think for them to change so much after a couple of years is definitely grounds for re-op – if it was me I would be pestering them until they agreed to sort it out. At the end of the day you paid a lot of money for 10+ years of breasts you like – this wasn’t what you asked for and they should correct this.
