Hey girls. Just after bit of advice really!
I’m not with mya so the procedure may be a bit different. But I want to try and get revision.
I am due to see my surgeon regarding possible later displacement in my right implant, which I am pretty sure I have. But I am also just not happy with anything to do with my boobs I’m general. The size, shape, stuck on look, visible scars, I could go on.
I also had assymetry pre op which is noted down on my initial consultations, but I feel like he didn’t try and rectify this.
On my initial consultation notes tho it only says that I wanted to be more in proportion, so I’m not sure how I’d try and fight that I’m not happy etc?!!
I’ve checked my other notes and there’s nothing on revision really. Only that it may be offered in certain circumstances.
Any advice on how to approach this?!!

    Thanks xx

@mae14 I’m currently applying for revision with MYA.

When I met my surgeon I just explained everything I hated and why they just aren’t right. He was actually really understanding luckily and agreed with me. I think just be honest with him. Xx

    Thank you.
I know I tried before but he just like fobbed me off saying nothing medically went wrong and I’m worrying as there isn’t much on my initial consultation form about my expectations etc that he will be able to fob me off again! Xx

@mae14 do you have a PC? Can you speak with her first and express your worries. And then talk it over with your surgeon? Xx

Good luck girls. I’m still quite early post op, but Ive been very unhappy with the size since it was done, so I’m looking into having a re op once I’m able to. I’m not with mya, but I’d love to hear how you get on and how the process for this works (I know in my case I’ll have to pay again though, as the size is my problem) Xx
