Saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms…

Hi Lovelies,

I’ve booked myself into a spa for 3 nights at the end of Feb. At the time I’ll be 10 weeks post op. Does anyone know if I’ll be able to use the hot tub, pool, sauna etc. at that stage?

My nurse said I’d be okay with all of the above at 6 weeks

Anything after 6 weeks Emma I went for my 6WPO check today and basically said I can do most things like swimming, exercises, sunbeds (scars covered( except weights! Woohoo xxx 🙂 🙂 p.s happy 6WPO haha xx 🙂

Thanks ladies. I should be MORE than fine then by 10. Ooh Chelsea – whoever would have thought we’d be here!! Have you been measured yet?? I’m dying to go but just not finding a minute. Bought some lush non-wired bras from Primark though!! 6 week check up is tomorrow so hopefully I’ll get all the same info. You ok to put stuff on your scars now too? I’ve got those silicone strip things to start using and think I’ll buy that body shop cream everyone talks about 😀 xxx

Yes I have put that on today it’s £8 from the body shop it smells lovely and haha I know how quick has that gone! Best decision made ever haha.. and no im the same I want to but then put it off as I never have time and when I do I can’t be bothered haha! I might do it tomorrow but I keep saying that haha! 🙂 ooo post some pictures I need some ideas on non wired bras 🙂 xxx
