Okay so I’m 21 had a baby over 3 years ago, l am now so so saggy and small, went from 34B to a 34F during pregnancy/breast feeding I used to like my boobs, I’m shocked what’s happened to them and fed up. I paid for a consultation over a year ago and he measured me and said I was 3 on the scale of 1-6 and 6 being the worst. He said I needed a full anchor uplift with implants under the muscle. I said I wasn’t sure I wanted implants then after that his tone changed and he said that I needed to to more research and I’m too young and they aren’t even THAT bad then said a future boyfriend will find me much uglier with the scars and so I should just get a push up bra and get on with it. Literally reduced me to tears. Then he even had the cheek to say I need psychological help. I was just hoping to get an uplift without implants, I’m willing to get implants, I just thought it’s my right to ask about results without implants? I think every surgeon will say the same.. implants just scare me and I didn’t have big boobs before a baby, I just want small perky boobs 🙁 although after a year of researching looks like I’m going to have to think about implants because of the state my boobs are in. has anyone with similar stats had good results with implants? Has anyone had an uplift without implants? Feel so stuck and feel I’m going to be belittled at every consultation

Hey I’m sorry you’ve had such a disheartening consultation I can’t believe he said that to you? I’m currently 9DPO and I just had an uplift. I was wearing 32E but very droopy. With an uplift you can expect to lose at least a cup size, but because I wanted to be around a D cup anyway this was good for me. My surgeon also said I had enough of my own breast tissue to achieve the result I wanted so I trusted his opinion that an uplift without implants would be sufficient and so far I am so pleased with the results!! So if you’re currently a B cup an uplift alone might mean you lose size so you have that to consider xx

So sorry to hear that sera. Who was your surgeon and are you at mya. It’s best to go for a second opinion with another surgeon. There are much more respectable polite surgeons out there so don’t be dishearted. I will be getting a uplift only. I am a 34D with sagging beasts I was told by my surgeon that I have enough breast tissue however I’m worried I will be too small or still saggy. Definitely go for another consultation.

Hey Sera, so sorry to hear about your experience. I initially wanted just an uplift but have decided to have a small implant (155cc) to give my breasts a bit of firmness and volume up top. I’m a empties 32DD after 3 babies. I was advised I would go down a size following an uplift alone so the implant to me will get me back to my Pre baby days (hopefully) xxx

Sorry to hear that, must have been awful to hear that! I was so against the implants as well and just wanted a lift, I saw a few surgeons and they all said I would look much better with a lift and implants as I would be much smaller with just the lift and feel very empty… so I thought about it and had my op yesterday, lift with implants and I’m very happy with results… I went with a small implant, maybe you could think about that so that you get the full look but not too big? X
