Showering..

I’ve been told today the day!! I’m having my wound check later on today as it’s been a whole week haha (longest Week of my life) and I’ve been told I can shower!!! 🙂 I have been told to let them naturally dry or hair dry on a cool setting… Does bath apply the same thing to shower or are they not ok? I think I’m gonna ask my nurse to triple check but going to feel so stupid asking her haha xx

@megz92 you can have shallow baths but DON’T soak your incisions. My nurse at my post op checkup even said to have quick showers and just let the water run over my boobs for a few seconds. Just be careful xx

I have normal showers and just got told no perfume body wash so I use sanex zero which she said was perfect and no baths for 6 weeks 🙂 x

Thank you soooo weird having a shower afterwards I was so so scared haha xx
