Size 6/8 – 5ft 5 – 8st – 30aa/a (roughly) – Looking to have surgery this year

Hi Girls,

After years of hmm’ing & ahh’ing about breast enlargement surgery, I have finally decided to go ahead with it. I am after a very natural look (basically just want to go up to a B or even a B/C with the teardrop shape). I have surgery booked with Dr Lutz for October 2020, however, I haven’t had my consultation with her yet due to the current COVID-19 circumstances.

Anyway, to the point, I just wondered if anyone (who has similar measures cents to me) has any before and after pictures they would be willing to share?

I had my surgery in March and I went from a 32 A to a 32C. I had 225cc implants. I dont have any before pictures but here is my after this is one week post op

I had my boobs done last September I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 7 stone 10 so I’m only small and slim. I had 280 cc unders round moderate implants I was about a 30 B before. At first they was not big enough at all its taken me about 6 months for it all to settle and I’m so happy with them they are just enough for my frame. I’ll post a picture with a bra but feel free to message me and I am more than happy to show without my bra on and before and after pictures as I can’t seem to add more than one photo! I hope you decide what’s best for you and always trust your surgeon they do know what’s best x

I forgot to add I am a 30 E cup now! I was measuring at a 30DD in January and as more months have gone on they have settled more and I was not fitting my bra correctly so I got measured at 2 different stores and I’m a 30 E xx

Hi Lucy! I’m a similar size to you, and I’m wanting to go for 225cc as well! Have you had your surgery? I’m scared in case it doesn’t make much of a difference!

Hey guys! I thought I’d post here because I struggled to find girls who had smaller implants anywhere! I got 225cc and 250cc 2 weeks ago and this is what they look like now (still so early days but i love them so far! I was so scared of having big boobs because that’s not what I wanted.
I’m 5 foot, 55kg, and I was a small B cup before! I hope this helps! Xx

What profile are these?! They look great… I am downsizing to 225 cc, I got 325 cc and feel absurd and bottomed out. I’m just stuck on profile now!

Hi I’m booked to have mine at the end of January.
I’m 5’4″ and 55kg. Very slim upper body and back (size 6-8 on top and 10 on bottom). Before kids I was a 32c. I’m so deflated post kids there’s barely anything to measure. I’m probably a 32a now. I just wear padded sports bras, especially since covid not going anywhere! I was deciding between 210cc and 240cc moderate profile. I think I’ll go for 240, but it’s so hard to know. I want to be a full 32c again. I’ll be really upset if they come out too big, I don’t want people to notice. I don’t think people realise how small they have become as I hide it. I want to feel confident in a swimming costume again and have something there, but not get hey she had a boob job look. At the same time I don’t want to go through all of this and not see a difference. Dr encouraging me to go bigger but I don’t think he sees people who want small boobs often. Interested if others have similar stats and timing. I’m getting a tummy tuck with muscle repair at the same time.

Thanks for all your responses. I haven’t had my surgery yet. My surgery with MYA was cancelled back in October due to the surgeon I had chosen not being able to carryout any surgery. I’m now going ahead with Spire. I’ve explained to my consultant exactly what I want and the natural look I’m after. He is ordering me three sizes 175cc, 200cc and 225cc. When I am on the operating table, we will see which size implant best fits within my breast cage – which I am really pleased about, knowing that on the day, I still have the option to choose if that makes sense.

P.S. Abigail, yours look great. So jealous. Just want mine done know.

I am 5”2 size 4/6 so very petite I was offered 250cc but heard so many stories about boob greed so pushed for 300cc. I was 32b before kids but after kids I was barely an A cup. I had 300cc round under the muscle 6 months ago and after surgery I was shocked thinking I’d gone too big but once they settled I felt disappointed and wish I would of gone a little bigger. It’s so hard to make a decision and I was scrolling on here for months looking for people with a similar build to me, I’ll post my before and afters x

Hello! I’m 5’1, 7 1/2 stone, size 6 clothing. I had 275cc high profile unders. This is my before and after pic. They have dropped abit more since the after now as I’m 15 days post op and that pic was a few days ago!

Who did you choose at the spire ? Was you able to find reviews befor ?

Hi I’m a size 6 sometimes 4, 5ft5, 8.5 stone, had a BA in Autumn last year and went for 325cc high profile round. I was the same wanting natural looking but trusted what my surgeon said and really happy with the results, if anything wish I went a bit bigger!! Xx

If there is anyone with similar stats to me, I am looking for before and after pics of 175cc, 200cc and 225cc under the muscle. (Boob shopping is actually quite stressful and I love shopping haha)
