Hi I am only 3 days post opp and wanting to get an estimate size so I can buy some more sports bras does anyone know the correct way to measure yourself using a tape measure? My band size is 28 inches and the fullest part of my breast is 35 inches, does anyone have similar measurements and can tell me what size bra they wear. I have tried to search online but I keep getting different answers some sites reckon I am a 32c and others a 32E , confusing. Any help will be appreciate thanks girls

I am having the same trouble, except I’m yet to have my BA (!) I’ve just lost weight and want to know my band size so I can buy the correct size Macom.
The results I found said measure under you bust and then add 4 or 5 depending on whether your measurement is odd or even – you would add 4 to your measurement making it 32″. As for your bust, I’ve read that for every inch difference between your under bust and bust measurement is a cup size, which would mean your cup size is E. 32C doesn’t sound like it’s right.
Some people swear by a Facebook page called Boob Or Bust but it calculated my bust size as 28E which made me laugh!!!
    Good luck! Xx

Tbh girls I wouldn’t bother with measuring even in M&S I tried 10 bras on all the “same size” until I found one that fitted I bought one with strapping on Day 2 36D and I bought one yesterday for having strapping off today 38DD and now that I’m filling out will probably go and get 38E!! If you want to buy in advance get Asda bras if you are having strapping you won’t need a bra first week anyway ?
