Hey girls can anyone please tell me when I can sleep on my side again?? Having the worst sleep ever and getting back and neck pain I’m 5 days post op xxx
They say 6 weeks but it’s whenever your comfy… I’d prob say wait at least a week as your implants need to find their pocket an stay there which is why they don’t like u doing too much movement. I’m 4 weeks post off and wake up on my side but try sleeping on my back as its sore on my side xxx
