Sleeping normal again after strappings off ??

Does anyone know how long we have to sleep on our backs for post op?
I’m 1 week post op and have had my strapping off but I’m so impatient to get back to sleeping on my side/front – tbh anyhow but on my back! Haha

So fed up and just can’t get used to it, swear its making me even more irritable ? xx

Hey I’ve been told to sleep up right for 2 weeks then flat on my back until 6 weeks, such a nightmare I’m nearly 5 weeks post op can’t wait to sleep on my side! Xx

Ahh okay. I know it feels like a lifetime sleeping upright! I bet, atleast you haven’t got long to go now! ? xx
