Sleeping on side

Hi, when did you get the go ahead to sleep on your side? I’m so sore from sleeping on my back – 3 weeks post op x

Hey. I don’t think there’s a set time. It’s when your body allows you to really. I am now 2 weeks and 3 days post opp and I’m still sleeping on my back because it’s still slightly uncomfortable on my side. But once your girlies feel ok when you’re on your side then just go with it x

When I saw the nurse for my 2wpo appt she said I could sleep on my side at 6 weeks! Killing me off! X

I’m 3wpo and sleeping on both sides, i was told I could from day 1, but it wasn’t comfortable until recently (I’m not with Mya)

My nurse told me I could sleep on my side at 4 weeks post op 🙂 xx

I am about 3weeks post op and started gradually moving sidewards about a week ago l but i use my left hand to support my right boob, or vice versa hahaha ????

Haha! Nightmare! Everyone says different too.
What about sleeping flat evergone?? Im still upright and cant wait to just lay down!

I was told to do 2 weeks up right and then how ever I was comfortable. The only position is a big No No is your tummy. X

I’m 1week post op today and actually started side sleeping at 5days and I was more than comfortable, went for my dressings off yesterday and was told I could sleep however I wanted apart from stomach xxx
