I am 7 weeks post op and have started sleeping on my front, I can’t help it I just seem to wake up in that position. It’s comfy and doesn’t hurt or anything but does anyone know if this will affect my implants in any way? Make them more flat? Or push them more apart? I have my 12 week check on the 24th November so it might be a question for my surgeon xx

I’m obvs not a surgeon but I know a hell of a lot of people who have had their boobs done by different surgeons and company’s and everyone says different!
I think you should try and avoid it for you first 6 weeks but a lot of people have said they had a 4 weeks checkup and asking as their incisions where healing nicely it was up to them what they want to do ?!

Iv heard that many different things I’m just being as carefull as I can untill my 6 week mark but just listening to my body.. iv also woke up on my front with no pain at all 🙂 they’re that’s many different opinions I don’t actoully think there is a right or wrong time do these things hahaha xxx
