I’m 8 weeks post op and would absolutely LOVE to sleep on my front as this is how I’ve slept for the last 20+ years (apart from when pregnant!!)
So, I haven’t slept on my back for at least a month now and sleep on my side all night but I wonder if anyone has been brave enough to sleep on their front? The thought freaks me big time haha but I want to be able to do it again at some point.
Any advice ladies would be appreciated!!xx

I haven’t ? I’m scared of ripping the implants with putting weight on them. I also saw a post on Mya’s Instagram page which advised that sleeping on them could alter the shape of the implant. If you scroll through you should be able to see it. I do sleep on my side buy I try to alternate sides or sleep on my back as much as possible. Too scared to damage the new boobies lol

Hi, I’m 9 weeks and have been sleeping on my front for about 4 weeks. I had 300cc and now a 32d and I find myself sleeping on my arms with one above and one below my boobs think just for extra support though I think I’d be fine without doing that

Im 8 weeks PO & I naturally roll to my front in my sleep, even though I go to sleep on my side. I asked my surgeon who told me I won’t do any damage, & my body will tell me if I need to move (even when sleeping). I wake up with no aches or pains at all 🙂 I had 300cc teardrop unders

I’m nearly a year post op and honestly I still struggle being on my front. I’d love a massage but can’t lay down for it!

I thought about this too! I can’t imagine ever feeling comfortable lying on them, even if it’s just for a massage!
