So I applied for the finance last friday as there was a late space for the 16th May (Wouldve been amazing)! I didnt have enough credit history so they said i needed a guarantor but ive been unable to get one so far. I moved out of my parents house earlier this year so I contacted them as soon as I could. Unfortunately for me my Parents havent got a good credit history and said no.
I have been so upset all weekend… Now time to save.

    Hi Kyla,

I’m kinda in the same boat 🙁 I haven’t applied for credit as I know I won’t get it! I’m saving up instead but tbh it’s probably a blessing in disguise I can appreciate how much you want new boobs (i have wanted them badly for 15 years and never been in a position to get them!!) but I done the math on the credit thing depending on how long you want to pay it back for its really not worth it anyways unless you can find the £1000 deposit plus the £165 admin fee (for the credit) and then pay back around £225 a month with the year interest free its so disheartening I know and it’s not going to make you feel any better but just wanted you to know there are others just like you same problem with money/credit try to take the positive that at least if you save your cash whilst it may take longer to get your new assets at least they are truly yours when you do get them and you don’t have to pay some finance company around 1 &1/2 times more than what they originally cost!

    Chin up sweetie 🙂 xx

Have you heard about the new Luma card? I got an email about it but didn’t look in to it as I am post op. From what I remember it has a small credit limit so you might still have to save and the rates are quite high but its a start on getting credit and then once you have paid it off for a while you might be able to apply for a better one xxx

Oh and also, even if you don’t use it for your ba, at least buy something on it every month and pay it off straightaway to build credit – like fuel or something. Its purpose is to help build credit and then you can maybe apply for an interest free credit card, loan or finance through someone else once your credit builds up 🙂 Then you can add what you are saving to bring the cost down 🙂 I hope it all works out girls xxx
