Sore Nipples :(

Hey ladies.
Can anyone give me any advice on sore nipples? I am POD 18 and I am stuggling with how much my nipples hurt (especially when errect and my right one is a lot of the time). They have done for days now and don’t seem to be easing at all. Anyone else suffered and have the answer to helping them feel better…..please 🙁 lol xx

I am 5 weeks post op and the last week or so I had so much trouble with my nipples they were so sore and always erect! I have been using nipple cream which I got from super drug in the baby section and when they were really bad I put cotton pads on them to stop my sports bra from irritating them! The last day or so I haven’t had any problems so hopefully it won’t last long for you either x

@lyds2015 Thanks so much Lydia. I will go and put some cotton pads on now and buy some cream tomorrow. Will try anything at the min. I know it’s hypersensitivety, even just accidentally brushing them is sore but definitely need to try something! Thanks chick. Hope you are loving your new boobies xx

Mine are very sensitive too if I catch them on a towel when drying they kill I’m day 26 I’m praying they will clam down x

@danielle15 I know it’s horrible isn’t it? Some days my entire boob hurts, that very sensitive kinda of hurt. Hope yours are starting to feel better. I’m day 22 now! Can’t believe how much my nipples hurt, some days very much worse than others x

@lr666 I’m POD 9 and my right nipple I’m convinced is hypersensitive – slightest touch and I flinch at it. But my left nipple is still quite numb and has very little feeling to it. Trying to be super careful, but now I’ve read this post and the cream has been recommended I’m totally going to do that! Hope you’re feeling better xx
