Marks and spencer zip up front is amazing. The rest I got the pull over ones as after the first week you can start getting in those by pulling them up. I got an amazing low cut support bra from Sainsbury’s for £10 it still holds you in but gives you cleavage and looks more normal than a sports bra haha xx

My surgeon recommended me a size to get which would help the implants settle best. I was a 34b and had 380 unders and got 34dd bras. IDE say maybe an E you may go back down to a dd but while swelling is there best to have a bit bigger and not squishing them while healing. My m and s bra was amazing support at the beginning IDE definitely recommend it, I mainly wear pull on ones now as there comfier but those first few weeks I lived in the m and s one. I also got the blue one in my picture from tesco it’s just a crop top so not much support but still holds you in and a great one for sleeping in. It still said low impact so had support but I wouldn’t go out in the day with it on. I know how you feel though I was in your situation before my op I hasn’t got a clue and none of them would sit right. It was a lot of trial and error haha. I’ve got such a collection of sports bras now haha xxx

i got an M&S zip up one, it’s purple and had a black zipper. The material sits quite low on the bottom so isn’t near your incisions which i think was really handy as i never had any form of rubbing 🙂 xx

I have 1 zip up one and another that fastens at the back which are high impact then about 3 pull over sports bras and 2 sports bras for bed! Oh and another another with no underwire but that’s just when I go out dressed up as it’s not great support. It’s nice to keep changing them, feel horrible when been in it all day! Xxx

I had a macom and that m&s zip front one.. the macom one was good straight out of surgery as the cups expand to fit swollen boobies etc (my m&s one was waay too small for the first 5 days, you couldn’t get it near me!), but i found the macom dug into the top of my implants as it was quite high at first which was uncomfortable. Now my swelling has gone down I’m in the m&s one and honestly it’s so amazing. I was flat before so didn’t really understand the need for support but it cradles my boobs so securely and comfortably i couldn’t recommend you get one more! I went from a 34A to 34D (in this bra) with 340 overs, so you’ll deffo need bigger x
