Sports bra help please

His many should I buy and what sizes?
I currently wear 32C/D (i don’t understand how I’m flat lol)
Do I go up a back size? And how many cup sizes bigger should I go for? In having 425cc

usually a back size bigger, i went 1 back size and 2/3 cup sizes bigger i have 2 sports bras, 1 asda and 1 m&s ultra impact one and they’re both really supportive. they need to be tight and supportive. i am having 300 high profile unders but not sure the CC to cup size ratio, it differs in different girls xx

i thought every 150cc was a cup size but some girls go massively big from 300 whereas others only go up a size or 2 so it’s hard to judge. i was gonna keep just 2 and buy more after surgery when i know how swollen i am x

Hiya huni I had my surgery on 23rd I’m usually a 32/34 b I brought a 34 Macom bra I’m that swollen I can’t even get it on, I also brought from asda 34 an 36 dd I couldn’t get any of them on either lol, I had to buy a 36 dd impact bra from m and s which so far has been ok, I wouldn’t Defo recommend going up a back size Hun xxx

Deffo go up a back size. That’l do good for when your swollen and once that goes you can buy your normal back size in a sports bra. I would buy 2-3 different sized sports bras and keep the labels on and take the ones you don’t wear back xx
