Starting the menapause after having a reduction

Hi All

I just had a bilateral breast reduction with uplift within the last month best thing I ever did after having 4 kids.
My questions is I have just been told that I need to have a total hysterectomy which means I will go into early menopause and have to take oestrogen hrt as I am 37. I am really worried that my op has now been a waste of time:(
Does anyone know if this is going to effect my new breasts. I am not big 9st 4 and 5ft 4 or 5 inch but really worried they will get big again.
Has anyone had this done then gone through the menopause I would really like to know if it changed anything

:cool::surfing:realy pleased you had a successful opp hope you r ok, can understnd your worries, see if you can save an ovary as I did, may help to balance the onset, I hae been fine and it was national health, have had no need for hrt etc. hope you are ok ……
