Sternum/chest pain 10weeks post op

Hi Girls,
I have horrible sternum pain, it hurts to touch. I have been sleeping on my side fine, but last slept on my back as pain is worse if I lay on my side(left side in particular). Has anyone had sternum/chest pain 10/11 weeks post op? I don’t want to panic and hoping it’s nothig serious.

Speak to your consultant Hun, I’m not that far along yet but hope Its nothing serious and you get to the bottom of what it is x

I just spoke to a nurse at my clinic- she said call back next week if pain doesn’t subside and make an appointment to see her. Not very reassuring. I’ll just have to wait and see.
