Still debating please help!

Girls I’m 5ft3 size 6 got 32b boobs had my consultation yesterday was told a 32DD would look good anyone know if it’s a good size for my hight? And if I go any bigger will it look silly? Also with the finance anyone know if I can put it in my partners name as everything is in he’s xx
