Hello. I’m 2 days post op and my support tape was pulling away. The nurse advised to put my support bra over the tape. If it’s too tight around the band bit will it cause problems with the healing/clotting. It’s a 34 which is usually right for me and my bf has put it on the last band. It’s to keep support so is tight best? Help. Don’t want to cause a clot or something.
    Thanks x

    Hey hun,

do you have a bandage on all over your breasts? If so I woudnt put on a bra, as it can get too tight and cause clots, blisters etc. My bandage was so tight that it caused a big blister on my left boob (size of a 50p coin), painful!! Have a look at my pics and see the kinda bandage that I am talking about. Mr Singh told me to take the bandage off at day 4 and then put a comfy support bra on. Hope that helps! x x

Hello I had my op on saturday and I’m usually a 32 back but when I put it on my nurse am said it was too tight so I’m wearing a 34. Think Aslong as it’s not to uncomfortable you should be fine there meant to be tight for support x

Thank you. The bandage is coming apart a bit (getting a bit sweaty in bed :/) so the nurse said to put it on over the top. It does feel really tight. Don’t want my boobs to start going sideways. X

My nurse said with swelling that would be why mine was so tight cause my 32 back fit me before. Maybe try bigger back if it’s causing you discomfort x
