I have been wearing Macom or the Asda surgery bras which don’t have cup sizes, I’m now 3 weeks post op and found both to be just as good as each other.

    Recomendable to go up a back size. So if you’re a 32 go for a 34, if you’re a 34, go for a 36 etc.
Im a 32 and went to 34 in sports bra, I had my surgery yesterday and it allows for the swelling x

If you get a Macom you don’t need to change your back size at all. Even with swelling. If they fit before they fit after! I’ve got the asda post surgery bras & also two m&s ones but I find they’re less supportive than Macom. So I’ll probably use them further down the line to sleep in or something.

I’m a 32 A/B and I went for 325cc, the nurse suggested to get a size bigger round the back due to swelling, I bought a yianna bra, haven’t tried it on yet as I had my surgery yesterday x
