SURGERY TOMORROW – NERVOUS AND EXCITED

Ive got my surgery tomorrow ladies and I’m wondering if anyone has any last minute advice???

Good luck girls! You’ll be fine I promise. Remember to take deep breaths if you start feeling nervous and try to keep occupied while waiting to go into theatre. The day goes by so quick you’ll be home in bed before you know it. Make sure you got ice packs at the ready for when you get home and keep on top of the pain killers. Just take it easy the first few days xxx
